This suit was brought by appellant against the St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company of Texas, the Wabash Railroad Company, and the Illinois Central Railway Company to recover damages alleged to have been sustained to a carload of dressed poultry shipped by appellant from Waco, Tex., to Chicago, Ill., by reason of the alleged negligence of defendants to properly ice the car in transit.
