At this stage in the proceedings, defendants Southern Star International, Inc. dba Hong Kong Restaurant (“SSI”), and Kenny and Helen Young (“Youngs”) (together “Defendants”) in their motion for reconsideration, ask the Court to revisit an earlier decision rendered in this case.
