MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROBINSON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Catherine Skiles filed this diversity action against Rawlins County (“the County”), alleging that the County was negligent in its handling of an automobile accident in which she was severely injured. Now before the Court are the County’s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 21) and plaintiffs Motion to Hold Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss in Abeyance (Doc. 30).
