¶1 Washington State University (WSU) terminated Cheryl Becker from the experimental psychol*241ogy PhD program. She sued WSU, Howard Grimes, Jeff Joireman, Craig Parks, and Paul Whitney (collectively WSU), claiming multiple contract, tort, and constitutional claims.
