MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WARREN, Senior District Judge.
Before the Court is the defendants’ Motion to Withdraw Reference pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) in the above-captioned matter. For the following reasons, this motion is denied.
I. LEGAL BACKGROUND
This is one of several complaints brought by aggrieved aluminum ingot suppliers involving allegedly fraudulent conduct by defendant Metal Brokers International, Inc. (“MBI”) in brokering their wares.
