The plaintiffs sued the defendant to recover for commissions claimed to have been earned because of the sale of real estate owned by the defendant. The claim was contested, and at the close of the testimony on the part of the plaintiffs the de fendant moved for a directed verdict in his favor. This motion was overruled. After all the testimony was put in both parties moved for a directed verdict. The trial judge directed a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs in the sum of $1,327.05. The case is brought into this court by writ of error.
