Pending before the Court is a renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50 (“Rule 50”), a motion for a new trial pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(a) (“Rule 59(a)”), and a motion to amend the judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50(e) (“Rule 50(e)”) filed by defendant, Empresas Díaz-Massó, Inc.
