This is a motion by the trustee in bankruptcy of the Community Fuel Corporation, bankrupt, for an order directing Augustus H. Sldllin and Henry Hull, as receivers in equity of that corporation in an action entitled Atwater v. Community Fuel Corporation, 291 Fed. 686, to turn over and deliver forthwith to the trustee in bankruptcy all the money, property, funds, books, and records of the bankrupt now in their possession or under their control.
