MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

DAWSON, District Judge.

On this 17th day of April 2003, there comes on for consideration the Defendant’s Motion to Stay Action and Compel Arbitration, (doc. # 5). Plaintiffs filed suit against their former employer, Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000(e), (Title VII), and the Arkansas Civil Rights Act, ARK Code.
