This is an appeal from a judgment recovered in the Circuit Court of Will county, by the appellee, Joseph Carneghi, administrator of the estate of Angelo Chignoli, against the appellant, Theodore P. Cerlaoh. The recovery is based on the alleged negligence of the appellant’s chauffeur. The declaration originally charged that the appellant, by his agent or servant, so carelessly, negligently, wantonly and wilfully drove, operated and ran his automobile and motor vehicle, and that, by such wilful negligence and improper conduct of…
