Plaintiff Yellow Transportation, Inc. filed this action in state court against defendant Apex Digital, Inc. seeking more than $92,000 in past due freight charges. Defendant filed a notice of removal invoking this court’s diversity jurisdiction. This matter is presently before the court on plaintiffs motion to remand (Doc. 2).
