The defendant appeals from a judgment entered for the plaintiff in an automobile collision case, and the subsequent denial of her motion for a new trial.

On January 29, 1960, the plaintiff was driving east on Davison avenue, a four-lane, east-west street in the city of Detroit. The defendant was driving south on Sherwood, which intersects Davison. When the defendant reached Davison, the traffic thereon was hacked up from a railroad crossing locatedwest of Sherwood.
