Before the Court is a motion by the Debtor seeking to avoid a certain judicial lien against the Debtor’s interest in real property located at 20 Meadow Drive, Woodmere, New York (the “Property”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1) on the basis that the judicial lien impairs the Debtor’s homestead exemption (the “Motion”).
