Defendant-Appellant David William Kawi-ka Auld (Auld) appeals from the December 7, 2005 Judgment,1 based upon a jury’s verdict, finding him guilty as charged on Counts One and Five, Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 707-716(1)(d) (1993), and Counts Two, Three, and Four, Assault in the Third Degree, HRS § 707-712(1)(a) (1993), and sentencing him to concurrent terms of incar-eeration, with credit for time served, of five years for each of Counts One and Five, and one year for each of Counts Two, Three, and Four.
