The testator, Henry Graves, died August 29th, 1906, leaving a will dated December 20th, 1904, which was admitted to probate by the surrogate of Essex County on September 10th, 1906. Letters testamentary under said will were duly issued to the testator's sons, Henry Graves, Jr., and George Coe Graves, the executors and trustees therein named. The testator left him surviving his widow, Harriet Isabella Graves, four children, namely, Henry Graves, Jr., George Coe Graves, Edward H. Graves and Daisey B.
