OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Robert Miniard, appeals a decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas denying his petition for postconviction relief after he pled guilty to various drug-related charges. For the reasons outlined below, we affirm.

{¶ 2} In December 2004, deputies from the Butler County Sheriff's Office entered and searched appellant's residence in Oxford, Ohio. The deputies seized evidence believed to be consistent with drug manufacture and use. Appellant was indicted in February 2005.
