This matter involves a dispute over methods used to control the deer population within the Town of Hollywood Park (“the Town”). The Hollywood Park Humane Society (“the Humane Society”) and several Hollywood Park residents brought suit against the Town contesting several Town ordinances related to the management of the deer.
