ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Marion F. Goforth, a creditor, has filed a motion for reconsideration of an order denying his motion to extend the time within which to object to the discharge of the debtor, Henry T. Manuel. The motion was originally denied because it was not timely filed under Bankruptcy Rule 4004(b). After reviewing Goforth’s motion for reconsideration and the brief in support, the Court concludes that there is no basis to set aside the Court’s earlier order. Accordingly, the motion for reconsideration is denied.
