This appeal arises out of a real estate transaction between plaintiff-appellee, Mable A. Redic, and defendants-appellants, Gary H. Watts Realty Company, a corporation, and David S. Schwartz, a sole proprietor. The defendants appeal from the judg*1183ment of the district court, entered after a jury verdict, awarding Redic damages against Schwartz under both the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq.
