This case is under the Workmen’s Compensation law. Bessie G. Spradling is the Avidow and Jeanne Ann Spradling is the minor child of Albert G. Spradling. He was a traveling salesman of International Shoe Company, a corporation. He was killed in an automobile collison. The Liberty Mutual Insurance Company was the employer’s insurer. They are referred to as respondents. The referee found that the accident did not arise out of and in the course of the employment and denied compensation.
