This- is an action for an accounting in equity, wherein the plaintiff sought discovery of the transactions of the defendant over a period of years, covering rental and income received by defendant from certain property, and disbursements made by him on said property during his stewardship thereover -as rental agent. It also involved construction of many instruments of conveyance and assignments-, including reformation of a deed, which latter question is not before us.
