Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Williams, J.), entered September 13, 1994 *827in Schenectady County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff Kathryn R. Wilson (hereinafter plaintiff) fell while entering the box seat area of Proctors Theater in the City of Schenectady, Schenectady County, at the end of the intermission of a performance for which she was a paid ticket holder.
