Plaintiffs Joint Heirs Fellowship Church, Houston’s First Church of God, and Faith Outreach International Center (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) brought this action against the Executive Director and members of the Texas Ethics Commission, in their official capacities (collectively, “Defendants”) challenging certain provisions of the Texas Election Code.
