1Opinion of the Court

CALLISTER, Justice.

Plaintiff Thelma Koer having received .-an adverse judgment in the trial court ap~ -peals to this court seeking damages resulting from injuries sustained from slipping on a grape present on the terrazzo floor of the defendant Mayfair Market causing her to fall and sustain injuries. She claims that there was sufficient evidence to make out a prima facie case for the jury, and therefore it was error for the trial court, having submitted the case to the jury, to set aside a verdict in her behalf and enter judgment for the defendant notwithstanding the verdict.
