—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hart, J.), dated May 17, 2002, which, inter alia, granted the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
