In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Green-stein, J.), dated June 29, 1995, which, upon a jury verdict in favor of the defendants on the issue of liability, granted the plaintiffs’ motion to set aside the verdict and directed a new trial.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
