HOLCOMB, Justice.

This is a workers’ compensation case, in which the insurance carrier, Continental Casualty Company (“Continental”), appealed two Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission (“Commission”) decisions that the claimant, Claude E. Williamson (“Williamson”), suffered a compensable injury as a matter of law. The two appeals were consolidated, and the trial was to the district court on an agreed statement of facts.
