The Centennial Irrigating Ditch Company, a Colorado corporation, obtained a decree of the district court in and for the county of Costilla, changing the point of diversion of seventy-five cubic feet of water per second of time from the headgate of the Centennial ditch, through which it had been diverted for thirty-five years or more, to another point about two miles further up the Rio Grande river.
