These actions involve the final settlement of, and determination of heirship to, the estate of John O’Connor, deceased, and originated in the county court of Adams county.
O’Connor departed this life August 17, 1913, intestate. So far as disclosed, he was never married and left surviving no parent or issue. His place of birth, age and wheth*639er he left surviving any relatives, who are entitled to inherit his estate, are matters in dispute.
