Plaintiff Home-Owners Insurance Company (Home-Owners) filed this suit, seéking a declaratory judgment that Defendants Allied- Property and ‘Casualty Insurance Company (Allied) and AMCO Insurance Company (AMCO) have the primary- coverage -obligation for claims arising from a motor vehicle accident.
