This lawsuit involves a dispute between plaintiff, Michel Delacroix, a renowned French artist, and defendant Lublin Graphics, Inc., his former publisher, as to the parties’ rights to 10,831 reproduction pieces of artwork. The parties have filed cross-motions for summary judgment.
