This is an appeal by defendants from the judgment entered in favor of claimant in a Avorkmen’s compensation case.

Claimant Avas injured in the course of his employment on May 8, 1951. An open agreement Avas entered into under Avhieh claimant Avas paid compensation at the rate of $25 per Aveek from May 15, 1951, to October 15, 1951. He returned to Avork although partially disabled on October 16, 1951; no final receipt Avas executed.

Defendants, on May 28, 1952, filed a petition to terminate compensation; and a hearing Avas held before a referee. It Avas there stipulated…
