Error to Linn Circuit Court. I. The act of 1835 (R. C. 1835, p. 250, § 2) reads: “ The printed statute books of sister states and the several territories of the United States, purporting to be printed under the authority of such states dr territories.” This was the only law on the subject in 1835.
