RIVES, Circuit Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment removing Clyde Hood and Leslie Shults as-Trustees of the Texas American Syndicate and appointing three other trustees. .with instructions that they operate under orders of the court and not under the trust indenture and that they look toward an ultimate liquidation of the Syndicate in “the form of a sale or sale in part and incorporation as may be determined.” The district court wisely suspended the operation of that judgment until the termination of this appeal.
