This is an appeal from an order admitting the will of L. Philippi, deceased, to probate and appointing Mary Tomalino administratrix of the estate with the will annexed.
*129L. Philippi, a resident of San Bernardino County, died on August 8, 1943, leaving an estate of the value of upwards of $45,000.
Philippi seemed to be a maker of wills, the evidence indicating that he executed four or five between January 1, 1943, and the time of his death. Only two of these wills have been produced.
