On October 6, 2006, the parties came before this Court on the Defendant KMD Media, L.L.C.’s (“KMD Media”) Demurrer to Count I alleging Breach of Contract (non-compete agreements) of the Amended Motion for Judgment. Demurrers were sustained to Defendants David Silverberg, Michelle Wandres, and Kim Hanson with leave to amend. The Demurrer as to Defendant Pro-Media Sales and Consulting, Inc.
