This matter came before the court on June 20, 2013, for a hearing on MeadWestvaco Corporation’s Motion for Temporary Injunction. I took the motion for injunction under advisement and granted Defendant, Aaron Bates, leave to respond to the affidavit of Teresa Gran by affidavit, and Plaintiff, MeadWestvaco Corporation, leave to respond to Defendant’s Memorandum of Law in Opposition to Motion for Temporary Injunction.
