RONEY, Circuit Judge:

We are asked by Intercontinental Industries, Inc. (INI) to review an order of the Securities and Exchange Commission granting the American Stock Exchange the right to strike the common stock of INI from listing and registration on the Exchange. 1 Petitioner seeks to set the delisting order aside on the grounds that the Exchange incorrectly interpreted its own rules as to removal of a stock from listing and that both the Exchange and the Commission failed to follow fundamental concepts of due process required by the United States Constitution. 2 Finding INI’s arguments to…
