OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court to consider plaintiffs’ motion to remand and defendants’ motion for leave to file an amended petition for removal.
On June 24, 1987, plaintiffs, Jack Cunningham and Jack Cunningham, Inc., filed this action in the Court of Common Pleas for Washington County, Ohio. Count Four of the complaint alleges that two of the defendants, United Steelworkers of America International AFL-CIO and USWA Local 6858, have engaged in an unlawful secondary boycott against the plaintiffs.
