*605In a child protective proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, the Law Guardian appeals from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County (Blass, J.), dated December 6, 2005, which, after a hearing, denied its motion to direct the mother to submit to a hair follicle drug test and a forensic psychological parenting evaluation, and for an extension of foster care placement, and released the child to the custody of the mother. By decision and order on motion dated December 20, 2005, enforcement of the order was stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
