On March 19, 1996, Plaintiff/D ebtor Juanita J. Moody filed an adversary proceeding against Defendant ECMC, Inc., to determine the dischargeability of the student loan debt owed by the Plaintiff to the Defendant. This matter is currently before the court upon the Defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
