MEMORANDUM OPINION
EMMET G. SULLIVAN, United States District Judge
Plaintiff James Covington and interve-nor-plaintiff Alfreda Turnbow bring a number of claims against the defendants, JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank, related to a home mortgage loan. Pending before the Court is defendants’ motion for summary judgment and for judgment on the pleadings. Upon consideration of the motion, the response and reply thereto, the applicable law, and the entire record, the Court GRANTS defendants’ motion.
