This is an original action in mandamus in this court brought by the state, on the relation of the city of *639McCook, against George W. Marsh, Auditor of Public Accounts of the State of Nebraska, to compel him as such auditor to duly register certain “intersection paving bonds” issued by the relator city, aggregating the ■sum of $100,000; and also to compel him to register certain “district paving bonds of district No. 2” of said city, aggregating the sum of $203,000.
