This is an appeal by Commerce Trust Company from a judgment entered in the district court for Gage county in favor of the First Trust Company of Lincoln, Nebraska (executor under the will of James C. Tucker, deceased), and Sarah E. Tucker, objectors and appellees, denying appellant’s application for further time for the filing and determination of its claim against such Tucker estate.
