Robert T. Mulligan, appellant, makes his third appearance in this Court as a result of his being convicted thrice by a jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore for the second degree murder of his child, Mary Lynn Mulligan, age eight months. We reversed the appellant’s first- conviction, Mulligan v. State, 6 Md. App. 600, 252 A. 2d 476 (1969), because of a violation of appellant’s rights guaranteed to him by Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.
