BACKGROUND
On May 19, 2014, I granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment against defendant TriNet, and denied TriNet’s cross-motion; finding that defendant TriNet had breached its fiduciary duties under ERISA by failing to provide full and accurate information regarding plaintiffs wife’s life insurance policies.
