This was an action by a producer and seller of raw *685milk to enjoin the officials of the city of Kansas City, from enforcing the provisions of a milk ordinance.

A restraining order was issued at the commencement of the action. Following the ruling on motions leveled against the petition plaintiff filed his first and second amended petitions. Following the filing of an answer plaintiff submitted his motion for a temporary injunction on the law without the introduction of evidence.
