ELDRIDGE, Judge.

The Workers’ Compensation Commission in this case, after a hearing, denied a claim for compensation and thereafter denied the claimant’s motion for a rehearing. Twenty-one days after the Commission’s denial of a rehearing, the claimant asked the Commission to “review” the denial of the rehearing. The Commission .granted the request, rescinded the earlier order denying a rehearing, and “reset” the case for the rehearing. The employer then sought judicial review of the Commission’s order granting the request and resetting the case for a rehearing. The dispositive issue before us…
