MACY, Justice.
Appellants Richard Medloek and Chri-sanne Medloek appeal the adverse jury verdict and subsequent denial of a motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict or alternatively for a new trial of their negligence action arising from a vehicle accident with appellee John Merrick.
We affirm.
