Reversing.

On September 7, 1909, and for many years prior thereto, appellant was the owner of a large brick house *182four stories high, in Maysville, Kentucky. There was a hallway on the first floor running from the center of the front of the building to the center of the rear thereof. There were also hallways on the other floors, but they ran only from the center of the building to the rear, the space between the center and front of these floors being used for rooms.
